Choosing The Right Technology

It’s nice to see someone explore, even in a restrospective, the many facets that go into making a particular technology decision.
It has always seemed to me that to know only one web framework is to know only how to use one tool. It doesn’t do a person much good to know how to only use a hammer. Sometimes when building a deck, you use wood screws and sometimes you use nails. The key thing is to know how to do both.
